The New Bridge Foundation™ - ASPIRE program is a school-based program offering services to adolescents at middle and high schools in Alameda County. The program is funded through Alameda County Behavioral Healthcare Services. The goals of the program are to prevent and reduce substance use and to improve health and wellness and school performance of the students.
